From 2023 to 2024, I designed five B2B SaaS MVPs at La Factory, covering automotive, marketing, legal data, insurance, and automated mailing. Each product was built from scratch with a focus on fast delivery, SEO, and conversion optimization, in close collaboration with tech, marketing, and QA teams.
From Zero to MVP
I defined product specifications along the way, building flows, wireframes, and UI components from the ground up. Each MVP was designed to quickly test market fit while remaining scalable for future growth.
Design System & data Optimization
I built an internal design system to speed up development and enable smooth collaboration with developers, marketing, and QA teams. Combined with continuous optimization driven by analytics, this approach allowed us to iterate faster, improve conversion, and maintain quality standards across all products.
AI-Powered Features
Several products included AI-driven functionalities to enhance user experience and automate workflows for end users. Additionally, we integrated AI tools into our own design and development processes, improving efficiency, accelerating iterations, and helping the team deliver products faster while maintaining high quality.
Despite being bootstrapped with no external funding, the products achieved break-even and reached profitability. The combination of a scalable design system, iterative UX, and AI-powered features allowed La Factory to deliver high-value solutions while continuously improving the products with limited resources.
